Ranking
How haulers are ranked.
Every hauler who covers your address gets a match score. It weighs their verification trust score, Google and JunkScout reviews, how fast they reply to leads and how often they win them, plus things about your job: distance, whether they're open on your date, and whether their truck can take your load.
The same formula applies to every hauler. Sponsored haulers paid for a separate, clearly labelled spot above the ranked list, with at most three per area. Paying never changes anyone's position in the ranked list.
Ownership disclosure: JunkScout is owned by the team behind SJ Junk Removal, which may appear as a listed hauler with no special treatment in rankings.
